Karma’s jewelry are sculptured undulations of formal rhythm and material iridescence that narrate her love of architecture and Lebanese antiquity.

KARMA

London-born Karma Salman merges her love for architecture with inspiration she gains from Lebanese antiquity to design jewelry that communicate cultural wealth and artisanal precision.

Karma employs principles of physics, math, chemistry, and geology to guide her research, design, and fabrication phases. As a result, her design vernacular is characterized by sculptured undulations of formal rhythm and material iridescence, her pieces becoming nodes of rippling energy on the wearer’s body.

Karma attained a degree in Fine Arts from Beirut’s Lebanese American University, afterwards completing a master’s degree in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London. Having accumulated a vast educational spectrum in the creative arts industry, she decides to specialize in jewelry design, thus attending the Gemological Institute of America in London, then interning for affluent jewelers in Beirut between 2011 and 2014. Karma finally establishes her own brand in 2015.
