Melissa designs pieces that are meant to be aesthetically harmonious with the modern woman’s dichotomous lifestyle, where the piece equally compliments the wearer’s formal and informal attire. Melissa intends her jewelry to have a fundamental relevance in the wearer’s life as they transition from one stage to another, the pieces functioning as anatomical extensions that communicate luxurious sophistication and quality craftsmanship.
Before choosing to go on her current creative path and launching her brand in 2013, Melissa worked through Goldman Sachs in Manhattan for ten years, also finishing a Master’s degree at Carnegie Mellon during that time.
